Millions of lives transformed thanks to solidarity

Each year, the Board of Charity transforms the lives of millions of Ecuadorians through its social programs in health, education, sports, and inclusion. Our work extends throughout the country, reaching the 222 cantons of Ecuador with the committed delivery of our Blue Vests, who bring hope especially to the most vulnerable areas.

Thanks to this sustained work, more than two million people have directly benefited from our initiatives. In the area of health, we have driven a significant transformation through the Solidarity Discount program, a social co-payment platform that is applied in our four hospitals and that allows us to offer up to 65% discount, according to the socioeconomic profile of each patient, thus expanding our social work to all Ecuadorians.

In addition, we implement social programs focused on preventive health, free surgeries, and sports development. Through soccer and comprehensive care, we work to keep children and young people away from environments of violence and social risk, providing them with real opportunities for growth and well-being.

Our impact is also reflected in the workplace. The Board of Charity generates approximately 5,000 direct jobs and more than 2,800 indirect jobs, mainly linked to the sale of National Lottery products, thus contributing to the economic development of thousands of Ecuadorian families.
