As part of the permanent program of cooperation with ONGs in the United States, Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil donated 32 wheelchairs. The organizations that received the technical aids are Guayaquil Cerro Azul Rotary Club, Las Palmas Rotary Club that operates in the province of Esmeraldas, and the social program Helping Balao Community. Héctor Ullauri, on behalf of the JBG, thanked the support of international cooperators such as Free Wheelchair Mission and the Church of JesusChrist of the Saints of the Latter- Day.
