Agreement signed by LDS and the JuntLast October 11th , la Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil and the Church of Latter Day Saints signed an Agreement to donate 1.115 wheelchairs and implements related to jointly carry through this humanitarian program to help children and adults with motor disability and in conditions of greater vulnerability.
Beneficiaries will be persons of scarce economic means and motor disability problems since they will be the ones to receive, free of charge, those wheelchairs that the Latter Day Saints Church will deliver to la Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil for its respective distribution.
“It is an honor to collaborate with the work you do which, is widely acknowledged in Ecuador and throughout the world. We know you are responsible for all you do and that is why we are always collaborating with you” stressed Harry Landires, Leader of the Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints of Guayaquil who arrived in representation of Mr. Javier Cañar Cisneros, legal representative of the church and an agreement signer.
