Last May 26th the General Board of Directors decided to ratify for the third consecutive year the Board of Directors composed of Eng. Ernesto Noboa as Director, Eng. Luis Trujillo, First Deputy Director and Eng. Carlos Andrade Second Deputy Director.
Eng. Ernesto Noboa expressed gratitude for the trust bestowed on him to directed an Institution that for 128 years has faithfully served and will continue to serve with the same quality those Ecuadorians who need it the most.
