The event called “The World United for Life” was celebrated at the Metropolitan Pantheon last August 21st . The public in assistance elevated messages of love and hope to those departed.
Each message was posted on the memory mural by its authors, while others were drawn to the sky in white balloons which flooded the sky with peace.
This event which takes place in Latin America since 2012 and which has managed to unite the most renowned funeral parlors and Cemeteries in 24 countries of all five continents, culminated with an outdoor, field mass at the Metropolitan Pantheon.
This initiative is led by the Latin American Association of Cemetery Parks and Funeral Services (ALPAR) which for the third consecutive year is held at the Metropolitan Pantheon where family and friends gather to remember their loved ones through prayer.
