The interinstitutional agreement for the advancement of 25 million dollars to the Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil serves a purpose to insure future attention to those patients affiliated to Social Security derived by such public health entity to the Junta de Beneficencia hospital network.
During the signing of such agreement, Eng. Ernesto Noboa clearly stated his position by pointing out the signature does not end the problem since the previous debt is still pending and whose auditing should proceed straight away and, to comply with the present agreement of future attentions, they need patients. “Mr. President please derive more patients for future attentions”, said the Junta Director to the Social Secutiry Director emphatically.
The agreement subscribed between Social Secutiry Director, Dr. Manolo Rodas, Eng. Ernesto Noboa and Dr. José Jouvin, SOLCA National President was signed yesterday Tuesday the 22nd in the Chamber of Industry Auditorium in the presence of counselor Jaime Nebot and Mr. José Francisco Cevallos, Mayor of Guayaquil and Governor of the Guayas province respectively.
