So it was resolved by the General Board Meeting held on Friday June 1st in which members integrating same decided to ratify Eng. Ernesto Noboa as Director and Engineers Luis Trujillo and Carlos Andrade as first and Second Deputy Directors respectively for the 2018-2019 time period.
Eng. Noboa expressed gratitude for the trust shown in his administration and claimed taking on his fourth period hand in hand with the Deputy Directors assuming identical responsibility to face Institutional challenges with firmness and conviction “La Junta de Beneficencia has had to face one of the strongest crisis of the last few years, in which we have had to take together, difficult decisions in order to preserve one of the most emblematic institutions in the country, as he pointed out during his report to the General Board.
He stressed that la junta de Beneficencia remains in the search for excellence in all its services, and for that it depends on process innovation, technology and the best human resources working as a team to serve users with efficiency; and recalled that the “Organizational ADN has been imbedded for 130 years with the spirit of solidarity and help for those most in need.
Finally, he invited all members of the Institution to build the new future of la Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil with an open mind to change and the courage to bear the new challenges in accordance with socio-political and economic changes in the country.
