Since one of the many effects that the pandemic has caused emotionally in children, youngsters and adults, such as anxiety attacks, depression and nervous disorders; Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil along with the Municipality of Guayaquil signed an inter-institutional agreement in order to provide together support and medical care. Patients with these symptoms are to be identified by the professional staff of the Municipality of Guayaquil and than referred to the Institute of Neurosciences of Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil.
