So it was resolved by the General Board Meeting on May 30th when the Guayaquil Institution Members ratified that Directory conformed by Eng. Ernesto Noboa Bejarano as Director. Eng. Luis Trujillo Bustamante and Eng. Carlos Andrade as first and second Vice-Directors for the 2019-2020 period.
Another matter resolved at the General Board Meeting was the naming of Eng. Roberto Tugendhat Vivar as Executive Director of the Institution. Eng. Tugendhat is an Ecuadorian Businessman with over 42 years of experience in the business – executive field. He was a Pricewaterhouse Coopers partner and a financial entity auditing and consulting expert for financial, industrial and service entities.
With his appointment, la Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil continues to implement an innovation and transformation model in its administrative area as well as in solidary services which, for over 130 years, has delivered to Ecuadorians in the areas of health, education, attention to young girls, elderly adults and cemeteries.
