To meet the need and demand of the population, Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil opened a point of care at the Alfredo Paulson Hospital to take samples for quantitative tests of antibodies in blood and the Sars Cov 2 virus, using the biology technique, molecular in the nasopharyngeal swab (PCR). This service is duly certified by the MSP and the tests are carried out on state-of-the-art, innovative and automated equipment, which guarantee the results thereof.
For patient safety, the sampling point is in the building that is at the entrance to the Alfredo Paulson Hospital, located in the Atarazana citadel, it has a parking area, waiting room, billing room, two cubicles for blood sampling and a swab cubicle and personalized professional care, that is, all in one place. If the patient does not wish to enter the sampling point, there is the option of taking it in the car, complying with all biosafety measures.
The results of the antibody tests are delivered in a maximum time of 6 hours and the PCR in 24 hours, they can also be downloaded from the website with the code that is delivered with the invoice.
The opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00.
