The health surveillance plan in all 13 facilities of Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil includes medical tests of its staff.
Dr. Johanna Hualpa Castillo, coordinator said that such evaluation benefits both the worker and the organization. “All examination schemes are carried out according to the employee's work profile so to have health programs that are targeted according to the job risk or the most important conditions that can be identified ”.
The medical file is set- up annually. It is important for the identification and prevention of occupational and non-occupational diseases.
